Paul Silva has over seventeen (17) years of experience in the financial and payment processing industry. Paul joined Atlantic Pacific Processing Systems as Operations Supervisor in 2015 to oversee the Client Services and Deployment departments. In 2016, Paul was promoted to Vice President of Operations to manage the Risk, Underwriting, Relationship Management, Deployment and Client Services Departments.
Paul is well respected within the payment processing industry for pioneering efforts in troubleshooting systems and streamlining programming. His outstanding and innovative experience was rewarded with a promotion and Employee of the Month twice at E-commerce Exchange. Given all of Paul’s success and experience, he was recruited by Payment Resources International and quickly promoted to Manager of Deployment in 2004. As Manager of Operations at Meritus Payment Solutions, Paul helped build two Wholesale ISO systems with First Data and TSYS Payments.
Paul brings a broad base of industry knowledge of Management, Operations, and Payment Processing Technologies. Mr. Silva is known for his attention to detail, problem solving skills, and dedication to operational excellence.
